We are offering telemedicine visits for our patients with certain appointment types instead of in-office consultations.
We may have staff working remotely during this time and we ask that you utilize the patient portal for requesting prescription refills and scheduling or rescheduling appointments to avoid long wait times on the phone.
We are following the guidelines set by local and state authorities and will postpone procedures as necessary depending on the health status of individual patients. Your physician will determine if your condition is an urgent situation and you will be contacted accordingly.
We are screening for symptoms and risk factors for all patients. You may be asked screening questions related to travel risk factors and symptoms related to COVID-19. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, and a loss of sense of smell and taste, we ask that you contact our office at (210) 690-0777 to reschedule your appointment. In order to protect the staff, physicians, and patients of our practice, we are limiting the number of patients in the clinic and waiting room areas.
Please instruct your family members or friends who may accompany you to your appointment to remain in their vehicle. If you have a procedure performed, our staff will take you safely to your designated driver.
